Mission Statement

Virginia Real Estate Exam was created by a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the mission of helping prospective Realtors obtain their license.

The first-time pass rate of the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam is approximately 55-60%.  Our goal is to help prospective Realtors obtain their license efficiently.​
